I have been practicing as a therapist for over twenty years and work with individuals of all ages who come to therapy for a wide range of issues. Therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts and feelings, including those that may be harder to share or find acceptance for in everyday life.
The therapy can be short-term or long-term and the sessions are adapted to meet the needs of each person. My aim is to support a process of healing and self-understanding that brings meaningful change.
I am a fully qualified art psychotherapist, supervisor and I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as part of my therapeutic approach.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT). I have an enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check.
